Instead, eat a diet that is primarily composed of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins like fish, chicken, turkey, and tofu.
Keep a diet journal to help you keep track of the food you eat. Studies have shown that people who keep diet and exercise journals tend to lose more weight than people who don't.
2] Drink water.
Water keeps you full in between meals, and helps avoid mistaking thirst for hunger. You should drink at least
8 glasses of water every day.

Skip the sugary sodas and fruit juices and opt for water instead. This will save you hundreds of unneeded calories.
3] Sleep
If you want to work late at night, think again. When your biorhythms are off, you end up eating more. When you’re tired you produce more ghrelin, which triggers cravings for sugar and other fat-building foods. Getting about 7 hours of sleep a night is one of the best things you can do for your body shaping goals.
4] Short bursts of exercises
Short term excercises lift it up. Try planking, where you hold yourself in a push-up position, resting your forearms on the ground. Try 3 or 4 sets of holding for 30 seconds each. Getting up and moving throughout the day by going for walks will also help.
